The LockDown Browser is a specialized browser designed to secure the examination environment within specific e-learning and assessment systems. When utilized during an online exam, it restricts users from accessing other URLs, switching applications, capturing screenshots, copying questions, or printing. It effectively maintains the exam environment until submission for evaluation.

It is important to note that this application is only compatible with certain learning systems and can solely be employed if your instructor has authorized the use of the "iPad edition" of LockDown Browser for the examination. If your instructor has not enabled the iPad edition, this application will not be beneficial to you.

Although LockDown Browser may not be the most enthralling application available, it plays a crucial role in facilitating online assessments. Moreover, it can be obtained free of charge.

It is worth mentioning that this version is not limited in features, and no advertisements of any kind are included.
